“ Really lovely restaurant, with attentive staff, taking care of you and updating you when it's busy. We had the chicken satay each for starters, which were nice. Highlight for me was the vegetarian curry. Absolutely delicious. I'm not vegetarian but reading this on the menu earlier in the day, had my mind made up. Glad I stuck with my choice, came with some mini poppadoms and a crispy bread on the side. The curry and rice were perfect. My partner opted for the steak and enjoyed it. Great spot, and amazing value. £90 with service with two courses and a drink each. ”

“ We have passed by a few times but did not realise it is dog friendly. Glad I stopped by and asked. The starters were roasted goats cheese with beetroot and pes shoots and pulled brisket tacos, we shared and both were very good indeed. Main courses were herb crusted roast cod for me. It was served on new potato mash and was a really nice dish. My husband had the buttermilk chicken and that looked perfect too, he said it was great. No room for dessert, maybe next time. The place is lovely, lots of art everywhere and it is for sale. The staff were lovely, friendly and did a good job of making sure we had a great evening. ”

I mentioned that it was my wife's 70th birthday and she was greeted with the most enormous happy birthday balloon, a wonderful gesture from the proprietor, Verena I believe. The service we received from the lovely Tia was second to none. I highly recommend this charming restaurant to one and all. ”

“ Had very tasty meal here, food was very good! Did not realise that they had second floor in the restaurant as well! Friendly staff, only downside was that being seated upstairs, all people left early and we were only people left upstairs and seems like staff sort of forgot about us. But overall good experience and tasty food, would like seat next time downstairs. Would go back again. ”
